Service Agreement

Crossroads Bowling Center provides HVAC repair and maintenance services subject to the following terms. By scheduling service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services include heating, ventilation, and air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.

Service Scope and Limitations

All service estimates are based on visual inspection and initial diagnostics. Additional repairs may be required once our technicians begin work on your system. We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding. Some older systems may require parts that are no longer manufactured; in such cases, we will provide alternative solutions. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by previous repairs performed by others. All work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for a period of ninety days from completion date.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options. A service call fee applies to all appointments, which covers travel, initial diagnostics, and basic system evaluation. This fee is applied toward the total repair cost if service is performed. For emergency after-hours services, an additional premium applies. Estimates are valid for thirty days from issue date. We reserve the right to require a deposit for large repair projects or system installations.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty with at least four hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service fee. Our technicians operate on a scheduled route system; exact arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or unexpected complexities with previous jobs. We make every effort to notify customers of significant delays. For multi-day projects, we will provide a detailed timeline and regular updates on progress.

Liability and Warranties

Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from system failures or repairs. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts we install; labor is covered by our workmanship warranty. Some repairs may void existing manufacturer warranties; we will inform you of this possibility before proceeding. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to equipment and disclosing any hazardous conditions.

Property Access and Safety

By granting our technicians access to your property, you authorize them to perform necessary diagnostics and repairs. You are responsible for securing pets and removing obstacles from work areas. Our technicians will wear protective footwear and take reasonable care to protect your property. However, some dust and minor disruption is unavoidable during HVAC work. We recommend covering nearby furniture and valuable items. For attic or crawlspace work, we may need to move stored items temporarily to access equipment.

Service Plans and Subscriptions

Service plan subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in writing at least thirty days before renewal. Plan benefits are for the primary residence or business location registered at signup. Plan discounts apply only to labor charges, not parts. Transfer of service plans to new property owners requires written approval and may involve administrative fees. We reserve the right to modify plan terms, pricing, or benefits with thirty days notice to current subscribers.
